“I’ve lived in Doorman Kingston Properties since September 2017 and have had nothing but great experiences. My boyfriend originally sublet the last month of the prior tenant’s lease. He went through an application process & I moved in in January 2018 and was added to the lease. With the subletting and with being added onto the lease, there was no hassle with any of the requests. They were responded to in a timely fashion with no complaints. The building is in great shape and we have only needed two services calls over the past years, but each time they have been addressed immediately. The building maintenance tech does a fantastic job and is a great guy. The landscaping was recently upgraded out front and the building is kept clean. This is by far the largest one bedroom we found and lots of light and windows. They had a suggestion email box on their website and I recently submitted a request for a bike rack at the property thinking there would be little response. My suggestion was acknowledged and within a couple weeks I was securely parking my Bike in a new bike rack. Bottom line, I would recommend this company. I’ve had a great experience so far.”
